Terms of Service

1. Consultations & Services

• Discovery Calls are free, limited to 20 minutes, and intended for general educational guidance only.
• Paid Consultations are scheduled for 45 minutes and may extend up to 60 minutes as needed to complete your personalized plan or strategy.
• Service Packages are delivered based on the agreed-upon scope of work outlined in your signed agreement or checkout description.
• Document Preparation & Credit Education services are strictly educational and designed to empower clients to take compliant actions under the FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA.

2. No Guarantees

ScoreED, LLC provides expert education, document support, and compliance-based insights. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including credit bureau deletions, updates, or score increases; lender, bank, or financing approvals; or third-party decisions by creditors, collectors, or reporting agencies. Results vary depending on individual credit history, responsiveness of bureaus or creditors, and your adherence to guidance provided. All services are educational and informational only.

3. Payments

• All payments are due in full or under a payment plan at the end of the initial 45–60 minute onboarding session that is booked.
• Payments are processed securely via ACH, Stripe, or another authorized payment processor.
• By submitting payment, you authorize ScoreED, LLC to charge your payment method for the agreed services.
• Payment confirms that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Discovery Calls: Free; may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.
• Paid Consultations: Non-refundable once the session has been delivered.
• Digital Products: Non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered via email or portal.
• Service Packages: Non-refundable once work has begun, research initiated, or documentation prepared.
• Physical Products (if applicable): Returnable within 14 days if unopened, unused, and undamaged.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, digital materials, templates, course materials, logos, and resources are the exclusive property of ScoreED, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or resell any content without prior written consent. All educational materials are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ScoreED, LLC, its owners, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions or actions you take based on educational materials, consultations, or AI chat responses. Third-party outcomes such as lender approvals, credit bureau investigations, or government determinations are beyond our control. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

ScoreED, LLC and its representatives are not attorneys, financial advisors, or tax professionals. All information provided through our website, AI tools, consultations, or products is for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your personal, financial, and business decisions and are encouraged to seek professional legal or financial counsel when appropriate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
